Good morning, Lord.
Thank you for encouraging me, and thank you so much for the awesome visit with my son the last couple days. Thank you for bringing my husband and daughter home safely, and keeping my husband’s truck running well enough. Please continue to guide him, Lord, and show him what else needs to be done. Be with me as I go back to work today, building my K-12 websites and beginning the process of upgrading them for the 2016-2017 school year beginning this fall. Please guide me, Lord, and help me find the information I need — and the ideas! — to restructure and overhaul at least one of those sites, to make it more useable and inviting for visitors. Thank you for giving me work to do, Lord. Help me do it all for YOU!
Romans 10:8-13 ERV
This is what the Scripture says: “God’s teaching is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart.” It is the teaching of faith that we tell people.
If you openly say, “Jesus is Lord” and believe in your heart that God raised him from death, you will be saved.
Yes, we believe in Jesus deep in our hearts, and so we are made right with God. And we openly say that we believe in him, and so we are saved.
Yes, the Scriptures say, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be disappointed.”
It says this because there is no difference between those who are Jews and those who are not. The same Lord is the Lord of all people. And he richly blesses everyone who looks to him for help.
Yes, “everyone who trusts in the Lord will be saved.”
Father, I thank you for your provision of salvation, and for allowing me to be so close to you, both now and for eternity. Truly that is all I could ask. However, I also know that your heart is for your people to prosper here on this earth, as well. You desire us to share what we have with others. Lord, I am rich in my heart and I have a great many books and art supplies. I desire to share them, but I do not know how. I desire to bless people with the learning I have gained over the years, insights and understandings and the ability to encourage. Lord, I lay all these things at your feet and I ask you to show me how I can use each one for you, for your purpose, unto your glory, and for your people. Thank you, Faithful One!
