Hello, Father!
Thank you for helping me bounce back after a rough day and night. Thank you for teaching my husband and I both how to be more patient and understanding with each other. Truly you are awesome, Lord! Please teach me more about your creation — including about people, even myself! Help me to learn more about the tiny, minute structures within nature, how things work and the conditions under which living things can be at their very best, according to how you made them. It is fun learning with you, Lord! Thank you for choosing me! πŸ˜€

1 Kings 4:29-34 ERV

God made Solomon very wise. Solomon could understand more than you can imagine.
He was wiser than anyone in the East or in Egypt.
He was wiser than anyone on earth, even Ethan the Ezrahite and the sons of Mahol–Heman, Calcol, and Darda. King Solomon became famous in all the surrounding countries.
By the end of his life, he had written 3000 proverbs and 1005 songs.
Solomon knew very much about nature. He taught about many different kinds of plants–everything from the great cedar trees of Lebanon to the little vines that grow out of the walls. He also taught about animals, birds, and snakes.
People from every nation came to listen to Solomon’s wisdom. Kings all over the world sent their people to listen to him.

Father, I think it is so cool that much of Solomon’s wisdom was about nature! I have always felt connected with you through your creation, through the tiniest little insects and mosses, to the great giant willow tree in my front yard, growing up. But I never considered that all this knowledge about nature could be called WISDOM…! Wow! Who knew?! Thank you, Holy Spirit, for being my teacher, and always comforting and encouraging me through nature. And thank you now for helping me to know that it is not all just silliness, it is not just crumbs from your table, it is part of the main feast of understanding! I feel truly blessed, Lord. Thank you. πŸ˜€
