I shall yet learn, and grow beyond the immaturity of adulthood. I shall again laugh, and learn the wisdom of a child.

Lord, you see all. Thank you for that. As much as I went through earlier this year… and last year… whatever… (that train of thought is USELESS)… it FEELS like this is somehow harder, more heart-crushing. But yet not. Because you are shielding me, breathing on me, protecting me, encouraging me to not give up, no matter how alone against the world I feel. There are things I WISH I had, but yet I trust that I have everything I NEED. I FEEL like I have to protect myself against everything in my life right now — including or even especially my Mate, which of course hurts the MOST. I honestly do not know ANYTHING right now — or really care much about anything because my heart feels too broke, and I’ve had too little sleep. But I DO know that you are Faithful, Lord. I thank you for your Touch, your mercy, your patience, your Love. I thank you for helping me rest when I need it, and work when I can. I thank you for a number of beautiful hours with my Mate while they lasted before trust was freshly broken, and I thank you for however more of those precious hours with him I have left. I give you my heart, Lord. I am sorry for its pitiful state. It SURE is a good thing I am not writing this story… “Good luck with that”… LOL.

Hebrews 11:6

(ERV)  Without faith no one can please God. Whoever comes to God must believe that he is real and that he rewards those who sincerely try to find him.
(ISV)  Now without faith it is impossible to please God, for whoever comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who diligently search for him.
(KJV)  But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
