Good morning, Father!
Thank you so much for this early start to my day, and thank you for the nice nature-time and art-making time yesterday! Please continue to guide my path and give me things to encourage and strengthen me along the way. Lord, I pray that you draw very near to my husband today, and encourage him to draw near to you. He needs you, Father. The people are running him ragged, he spends hours working for nothing, no pay, not even recognition or appreciation, except from me. Father, please be his reward. Please take him into your hands and don’t let his own frustration make things worse. Just let him give all this craziness to YOU, my Lord. Let his faithfulness yield fruit for your glory.

2 Corinthians 1:2-5 ERV

Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. He is the Father who is full of mercy, the God of all comfort.
He comforts us every time we have trouble so that when others have trouble, we can comfort them with the same comfort God gives us.
We share in the many sufferings of Christ. In the same way, much comfort comes to us through Christ.

Father, I thank you for Jesus and all that He is and has done for us. My favorite, of course, is that He removed the veil so that we can come boldly before you and speak to you ourselves. The next best thing, to me, is that you can make your Spirit dwell in us, teaching us, making intercession for us. Oh Lord, I ask that you let your Spirit make intercession for my husband throughout the day to day, and let it make a huge difference in his level of peace and contentment. Please let him share in the measure of comfort you offer through Jesus and through your Holy Spirit. Thank you for choosing him, Father! 😀
