Hello, Father.
I am starting to get that panicky feeling again, a little bit more often now, so it must be getting close to time to relocate to a new place. For which I am glad, because it is getting HOT in Texas, which makes me want to cry and give up. I sooooo much prefer 50 degrees (or even 30!) over 90, although they are equidistant from the ideal 70. My Lenny laptop likes it better, too. And when I have to put my tiny fan in my face just to stay sane, I cannot keep my contacts in, so I cannot keep working anyways. Ugh! Time’s UP in Texas. Please prepare us for the next places we go, Father. Help me to not hold onto my perceptions and expectations, but to let GO and give it all to my faithful Shepherd. Amen.

Hebrews 4:14-16 ERV

We have a great high priest who has gone to live with God in heaven. He is Jesus the Son of God. So let us continue to express our faith in him.
Jesus, our high priest, is able to understand our weaknesses. When Jesus lived on earth, he was tempted in every way. He was tempted in the same ways we are tempted, but he never sinned.
With Jesus as our high priest, we can feel free to come before God’s throne where there is grace. There we receive mercy and kindness to help us when we need it.
