Good morning, Lord!
Thank you for the extra two days with my sister and with my Mate, and even the time we had with our new good friend — one of your sons and Little Ones — here in Iowa! Thank you for all the Little Things you have provided to nurture and support us these last couple days, and the abundance of blessings these last five months! Please help my Mate to pack up the last of his things and strap them down securely, and please bless us with a safe trip down to Oklahoma to see my son today! Let the trip be peaceful and smooth and please protect us and our Mr. D. truck and my sister’s camper that we are borrowing. Give my husband clear vision and wisdom and peace as he drives, and help me to stay calm and joyous and peaceful. Please be near my sister, as I know she will miss us both, as will her dog. Let your peace rule in her home, and please return to her an hundredfold all that she has so openly given to us these last months. Bless her in some special way that only You know she needs. Amen.

Genesis 12:1-3 ERV

The LORD said to Abram, “Leave your country and your people. Leave your father’s family and go to the country that I will show you.
I will build a great nation from you. I will bless you and make your name famous. People will use your name to bless other people.
I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse those who curse you. I will use you to bless all the people on earth.”

Lord, I have been blessed by so many people in Iowa, and I ask you to bless them back. I do not wish any curse upon anyone who withheld blessing or “cursed” us, and I honestly do not remember anything negative done to us at all anyways. This has been a miraculous blessing, a way to help others and HEAL and grow closer to my Mate and my sister. This has been a remarkable safe haven for us, and I ask you to continue to bless this land and my sister and all who come here in peace. Help her as she looks to you, yields to you, and relies upon you daily for her everything. Lead her closer to you and help her to allow you into every corner and crevice of her being, strengthening all her weaknesses. Thank you for the fellowship with her and our new brother here, and thank you for allowing us to be witnesses to your goodness and care, even as we have likewise received witnesses from others. I trust you completely, Lord, as we venture forth into the Unknown in a few hours. Lead on, faithful Shepherd, and help me to hear your voice ever clearer. Amen. 🙂
