Good morning, Father.
Thank you for flexibility of mind and body, helping me to be so free and light that I can let go of most of my expectations, and just roll with anything you put before me. It is nice to be awoken by my Mate during “free internet” hours, able to just let him be on my Lenny to watch our stash of prerecorded YouTube videos, while I am perfectly, amazingly content to do this post and almost everything else I need to do, on my phone. How sweet to be so free of the addiction to routine! I love not having things planned out, and I am grateful for the growth you’ve created in me, Lord, how much better I can enjoy each moment, when I am not expecting things to be a certain way. Thank you for keeping my fears and worries from interfering with my walk with you, and with this Good Husband you have gifted me with. Please help us both to accept your touch, your cleansing, your pruning, your guidance, your will for us. Mold us and make us more pleasing to you. Amen. 🙂

Galatians 5:1‭, ‬4‭-‬9 ERV

We have freedom now, because Christ made us free. So stand strong in that freedom. Don’t go back into slavery again.
If you try to be made right with God through the law, your life with Christ is finished—you have left God’s grace. I say this because our hope of being right with God comes through faith. And the Spirit helps us feel sure as we wait for that hope. When someone belongs to Christ Jesus, it is not important if they are circumcised or not. The important thing is faith—the kind of faith that works through love. You were doing so well. Who caused you to stop following the truth? It certainly wasn’t the one who chose you. Be careful! “Just a little yeast makes the whole batch of dough rise.”

Lord, I thank you again for the freedom and joy I have right now. I ask you to show us what we are to do this day, how we are to prepare for the coming days and weeks and months. You know our needs better than we do ourselves, Shepherd. Yet you also desire us to ask for things in faith. Therefore I ask you to provide us with a warm and comfie home on wheels, small enough to pull around with Mr D without hindering our freedom and flexibility, but big enough to give us a place to be out of rain and wind and sun, with a little space for me to work on my digital projects. Lord, I ask you to replace the small camper we lost with the one you choose for us, and please help us to hear and obey your Voice, not allowing either one of us crazy stubborn humans to mess things up. We sincerely desire to follow you and do things your way, Shepherd. Please make us wise and willing and fruitful servants for you. Amen.
