Good morning, Father!
I didn’t get a post in yesterday — I really need to start doing it during “free internet time” 2am to 8am, to be even more frugal with my sister’s internet. Please help me do that, Lord. Thanks!!

Lord, this is the first time that my husband has said he is leaving TODAY!! I am not foolish enough to actually count on that, because you have thrown so very many surprises out there for us, things that have delayed his leaving Texas, but somehow fit into your plan, so I thank you for each one. Father, I thank you for your mercy in helping him to recover from whatever illness he has been stricken with this past week, and I ask you to help him get here to me where he can rest and heal even more. Please bring him safely along the road, barely even noticing the passing 660 miles he has to drive. Keep him safe and protect him from other cars and further delays. Please also protect my youngest son who is bicycling in Kansas today. Watch over his body, mind, and spirit, Lord, and help him enjoy his adventures! Amen, thank you kind Shepherd!!

2 Thessalonians 3:3 ERV

But the Lord is faithful. He will give you strength and protect you from the Evil One.

2 Thessalonians 3:3 KJV

But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil

Faithful = pistos = worthy of trust
Stablish = sterizo = confirm, set fast
Keep = phulasso = guard, preserve
Evil = poneros = hurtful, ill, calamitous

Lord, I thank you for keeping me and my loved ones preserved from the hurtful things of the enemy. Thank you for guarding us and confirming us as your children. And I thank you, above all else, for being worthy of our trust. 😀
