Good morning, Father.
Well, it looks like we are down to the last couple weeks (if that long) in this place, before we have to be OUT for good. I offer everything up to you, Lord. You know what I need to keep with me, and what I can leave in storage (if that is even a possibility), and what I can leave behind, considering it lost — which could in fact be everything I cannot carry on my back! Thank you, merciful Shepherd, for giving me practice with my laptop backpack, a couple days living out of it, then a 2am tornado that revealed to me exactly what the most essential items really are. Thank you for giving me time to adjust to these changes, Lord, and I trust you to help me to adjust to all the Unknowns that are coming. Help me to serve you wisely, my King. 🙂

1 John 1:5-10 ERV

We heard the true teaching from God. Now we tell it to you: God is light, and in him there is no darkness.
So if we say that we share in life with God, but we continue living in darkness, we are liars, who don’t follow the truth.
We should live in the light, where God is. If we live in the light, we have fellowship with each other, and the blood sacrifice of Jesus, God’s Son, washes away every sin and makes us clean.
If we say that we have no sin, we are fooling ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
But if we confess our sins, God will forgive us. We can trust God to do this. He always does what is right. He will make us clean from all the wrong things we have done.
If we say that we have not sinned, we are saying that God is a liar and that we don’t accept his true teaching.

Lord, I thank you for renewing my thirst for your Word, reading the Amplified version on my phone throughout each day, getting attached to verses and sections of various chapters, much like adopting new friends or pets. Thank you for making your Word dear to me, a big part of me, a comfort and a guide. Please use your Spirit to guide me this day in how best to use my time, preparing to leave this place and live a nomadic life. Father, I do not need to remind you that we still desperately need two things: a working vehicle for myself and my husband, and a safe place for my daughter to grow and be herself, and not be taken advantage of by fools. I trust you to provide these things, Faithful One, even right now while there is NO hint of them manifesting in the present moment, no direction to watch to see from whence they will come. Regardless of their physical source, I know that all good gifts come from you, Lord God, for which I thank you and praise you. Amen!
