I shall yet learn, and grow beyond the immaturity of adulthood. I shall again laugh, and learn the wisdom of a child.

Hello, Father.
Thank you for caring for myself and my family. Thank you so much for each and every one of the noble hearts that rose up to help in whatever little way they could, this last month or so. Please help us in the coming weeks to sell practically everything we own, and move to wherever you are leading us. My husband wants the 3 of us to live in a tiny little camper, but I just can’t see how that could work. Father, I am willing to do whatever you ask of me, and I trust you completely. Please prepare us for whatever you have for us, each of us individually and as a family. Thank you, faithful Shepherd.

2 Timothy 2:20-24 ERV

In a large house there are things made of gold and silver. But there are also things made of wood and clay. Some of these are used for special purposes, others for ordinary jobs.
The Lord wants to use you for special purposes, so make yourself clean from all evil. Then you will be holy, and the Master can use you. You will be ready for any good work.
Stay away from the evil things a young person like you typically wants to do. Do your best to live right and to have faith, love, and peace, together with others who trust in the Lord with pure hearts.
Stay away from foolish and stupid arguments. You know that these arguments grow into bigger arguments.
As a servant of the Lord, you must not argue. You must be kind to everyone. You must be a good teacher, and you must be patient.

Father, I give you my time, my heart, my work, my expectations and my needs — including my blurry vision and my headaches and all the other little hurts and hindrances that seem far too big for me right now. I only THINK I know a few things, but in reality, I know nothing at all. Thank you for showing me that I am more blind when I THINK I see well, than when I realize how blind I truly am. I must look to you and forget what I think I know. Thank you for teaching me and causing your Word to take root inside me, in my heart and in my mind. Please continue your work in me, and grow me into a plant that yields good fruit for you. Amen. 🙂
