Hello, Father.
Thank you for teaching me, molding me, forming me into a vessel that can better be used by you. Thank you for showing me my areas of resistance and decay, things that need to be handed over to you in order to be restructured according to your plan. Father, please help me to look to you moment to moment, gaining my strength and stability and HOPE from you rather than from anything in my environment and circumstances. You are the unchanging ROCK upon which I desire to be built. Purify me, Oh Lord, so that I may worship you with a clean heart. Amen.

Proverbs 20:9-12 ERV

Can anyone say their heart is pure? Who can say, “I am free from sin”?
The LORD hates for people to use the wrong weights and measures to cheat others.
Even children show what they are like by the things they do. You can see if their actions are pure and right.
It was the LORD who gave us eyes for seeing and ears for hearing.

Proverbs 3:3-8 ERV

Don’t ever let love and loyalty leave you. Tie them around your neck, and write them on your heart.
Then God will be pleased and think well of you and so will everyone else.
Trust the LORD completely, and don’t depend on your own knowledge.
With every step you take, think about what he wants, and he will help you go the right way.
Don’t trust in your own wisdom, but fear and respect the LORD and stay away from evil.
If you do this, it will be like a refreshing drink and medicine for your body.

Lord, I desire to be whole and healed and well and able and willing. At the same time as I am grateful to be able to stop whatever I am doing and just be still and appreciate where I’m at and what is around me, I also desire to be strong enough to bust through walls and swim against the current. At the same time, Lord, I am willing to be and to do whatever is your will for me. You are ENOUGH. Thank you, Shepherd. 🙂
