Hello, Father.
Thank you for the tender sweet care this morning, keeping me snug in bed while the fire got going and the house got warmer. Thank you for teaching me, guiding me, carrying me through these difficult days. Thank you for the coming warmer weather, and thank you for my space heaters and my husband’s tending of the fire, to keep us warm. Please help him in fixing his chainsaw, so we still can have a fire and won’t get too cold, before spring arrives. Father, please show us how to live, what to sell, what to do with our time to prepare for the days ahead. I know what you have given ME to do, but none of us have any idea what you have planned for my husband and my daughter. We still do not know if we will have to split up in order to make it, or if you will allow us to stay together, and find a place that ALL of us can afford to live, together. Father, please bring the right people to our house to buy what we have to sell, and please help us earn enough to get a working vehicle. Thank you for sustaining my heart and my sanity. Amen!

Psalm 16:5-11 ERV

LORD, you give me all that I need. You support me. You give me my share.
My share is wonderful. My inheritance is very beautiful.
I praise the LORD because he taught me well. Even at night he put his instructions deep inside my mind.
I always remember that the LORD is with me. He is here, close by my side, so nothing can defeat me.
So my heart and soul will be very happy. Even my body will live in safety,
because you will not leave me in the place of death. You will not let your faithful one rot in the grave.
You will teach me the right way to live. Just being with you will bring complete happiness. Being at your right side will make me happy forever.

Thank you, Lord, for always being near me, always reassuring me with your presence. Please show me how I can help others, even while I need so much, myself. Show me how to bless those I come in contact with, even if it is a simple listening ear, a kind word, or some type of encouragement. Father, I thank you for those who have reached out and given support to me in the last week or so, providing just enough money for us to survive and to not feel so beat down and alone. Thank you for growing your love in your people’s hearts, Oh Lord! 😀
