Good morning, Lord!
Thank you soooooooo much for your awesome mercy and faithful care! Thank you for helping me remain more or less calm throughout the day yesterday, and learning about mindfulness and acceptance more and more. Thank you for helping me face my fears and thank you for forcing me out of my comfort zones in so many ways in these last couple weeks, helping me grow so much more than if I’d resisted or refused to budge. I love it how all we have to do is obey, and you do all the rest. You plan everything, you make us able, you water the garden and make it grow. You bring forth fruit in us, your children, and it pleases you. How awesome! 😀

Isaiah 61:10-11 ERV

The LORD makes me very happy. I am completely happy with my God. He dressed me in the clothes of salvation. He put the victory coat on me. I look like a man dressed for his wedding, like a bride covered with jewels.
The earth causes plants to grow, and a garden makes the seeds planted there rise up. In the same way, the Lord GOD will make goodness and praise grow throughout the nations.

Isaiah 58:10-11 ERV

Feel sorry for hungry people and give them food. Help those who are troubled and satisfy their needs. Then your light will shine in the darkness. You will be like the bright sunshine at noon.
The LORD will always lead you and satisfy your needs in dry lands. He will give strength to your bones. You will be like a garden that has plenty of water, like a spring that never goes dry.

Father, we barely have enough to feed ourselves in this household, but yet we DO have enough. I have lots of books and cheap art supplies, but I have very little else of any value. I ask that you increase my income so that I have enough to pay my own bills AND give to others. At the same time, I accept where I am at right now, realizing I have everything I need because I have you. And until I have OTHER things to give people, I ask you to show me how I can give of what I already have. Show me needs that I can meet, even if it is just smiling at people and giving words of encouragement. Teach me how to give MORE, Father! And thank you so much for choosing me, watering me, pruning me, growing me! Thank you, Faithful Shepherd!
